Davies, David: - David Davies is now retired. He is a former principal lecturer in financial management at the University of Portsmouth, UK. A qualified accountant with a Masters Degree in Management from Henley Management College, he previously spent 17 years in the private and public sectors with GEC, Thomas de la Rue, IBM and several local authorities.
