Penelope Ody is a herbalist, journalist and author. She studied initially with the School of Phytotherapy in Kent, UK and also at the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Guangzhou, China. She practised as a consultant medical herbalist in Buckinghamshire, UK for 11 years and continues to run workshops on herbalism. She is the author of many books including Practical Chinese Medicine, The Chinese Herbal Cookbook and The Secret of Chinese Herbal Medicine.Location: Southampton, Hampshire.
