There is an increasing need for assessors of vocational qualifications who are trained, competent and qualified to national standards. The "Assessor Workbook" is centred on two units of these national standards - the D32 (Assess candidate performance) and D33 (Assess candidate using differing sources of evidence) units of the Training and Development Lead Body standards.
