She has served as a member of Zest magazine's fitness advisory panel, a spokesperson for Fit Kids UK and has co-presented a programme for GMTV with Liz Earle. She is now MD of her own company, Reshape Ltd, which offers lifestyle solutions combining mind/body techniques.
