The book begins with activities for developing motor skills and alphabet recognition and moves through progressively more complex skills. Contents include stretching and relaxing movements, shaking and awaking movements, pantomime and imagination movements and more complex movement games, including improvisation, rhythm and clapping, balancing and team relays. All activities are marked according to appropriate age levels, length of playtime and group size. No activity requires special skills and there are enough for every day of the school year.

Her experiences include Operational Management, Organizational Change Management, Document Management, Vendor Management, Configuration Management, Change Control, Practice Management, Business Analysis, Project Management, Cyber Security, and auditing PMO methodologies. Barbara Davis has published numerous articles and is author of the books entitled Managing Business Analysis Services: A Framework for Sustainable Projects and Corporate Strategy Success, Going Beyond the Waterfall: Managing Scope Across the Project Life Cycle, and Mastering Software Project Requirements.
