The Boy Who Fell from the Sky by Lucy Coats

The twelve labours of Heracles and the stories of Daedalus and Icarus, King Midas, Theseus and the Minotaur and Echo and Narcissus are among the fifty Greek myths in this book. Excitingly told, wonderful to read aloud, and with captivating illustrations on almost every page, this is an unparalleled introduction to the Greek myths for younger children. The stories are taken from Lucy Coats's ATTICUS THE STORYTELLER'S 100 GREEK MYTHS.
"Another great holiday book as the short 50 tales are easy to dip-in and out of and will captivate children of all ages"Family Interest Magazine, July/August 2005 'a must-have resource for anyone teaching myths or Ancient Greece... well chosen and well organised... presented in a way that makes them more accessible than more drawn-out retellings.' -- Huw Thomas TES 20.1.06
