Charles Walter Stansby Williams (1886 - 1945) was a British theologian, novelist, poet, playwright, and literary critic. He was also a member of the The Inklings, a literary discussion group connected to the University of Oxford, England. They were exclusively literary enthusiasts who championed the merit of narrative in fiction and concentrated on writing fantasy. He was given an scholarship to University College London, but was forced to leave in 1904 because he couldn't afford the tuition fees. Charles Williams is a United States Air Force Academy graduate, a former F-4 and F-16 fighter pilot, and a retired Delta Air Lines captain. He is currently the debate coach of the Niceville High School Forensics Speech and Debate Team, and the director of the Niceville Drama Department. He has been honored to receive several awards in the speech and debate community, including being named the Florida Forensics League Coach of the Year, a Diamond Coach recognized by the National Forensics League, and was inducted into the Gator Guard by the University of Florida Blue Key Speakers Bureau. He has written two comedic plays entitled I, Xombi and 13-13-13 which have been performed on stage by members of the Niceville High School Drama Department. Charles is currently working on a new project, Nor Tolerate Among Us, a novel about the Air Force Academy and the young men and women charged with upholding and enforcing the Academy's Honor Code.
