Introduction to the History of Christianity by Tim Dowley
A revised, re-illustrated and enlarged edition of the authoritative and classic Lion Handbook: History of Christianity. With many new photographs, illustrations, maps, charts, and timelines, the inviting new full-colour format tells the dramatic, intriguing, and often surprising story of Christians in their 2000-year journey to the present day. Tim Dowley's masterful one-volume survey of church history is completely revised and updated. This new edition retains the best of the original while extending the usefulness of the book as a primary text for students and interested individual readers alike.
