Meditation by Naomi Ozaniec

This is a straightforward introduction to the traditional discipline of meditation practised through the ages and long recognised for its spiritual and restorative powers. Understand how West meets East and work through the exercises in the book to gain a new perspective for the future and bring harmony to your life. Learn how to spiritualise a working life and a home life and how to bring a spritual dimension to your relationships, to raising your children, to your sexuality, to your health.
Naomi Ozaniec has been working in the Western Mystery tradition for almost thirty years. She trained within the esoteric school, the Servants of the Light during the late 1970s. Since then, Naomi has continued to teach many aspects of esoteric philosophy and practice through her many books and workshops. She was a delegate at the World Parliament of Religions in Chicago in 1995. Naomi has a particular interest in the spirituality of ancient Egypt and in the spirituality of the Goddess movement. Currently Naomi offers an initiatory curriculum through the House of Life, a contemporary Aquarian Mystery school which draws upon Naomi s extensive practical experience.
