Author and illustrator Lara Jones studied Fine Art at Cheltenham College of Art. For Campbell Books, she first created the hugely successful LOLA AND BINKY titles, which have sold over 360,000 copies worldwide. POPPY CAT was inspired by Lara's childhood pet, Jumpy.

Paper engineer Jo Lodge began her career in fashion design and has since become very successful both in paper engineering and illustration too. Her intricate and complex paper engineering has been used to bring a wide range of books to life! She lives in West Sussex.
