Touching The Waves by Lucy Daniels

The McGraths have arrived on the second leg of their journey - docking at Key West. Here they plan to visit a special dolphin centre, run by friends of Gina McGrath's who have a daughter, Lauren, the same age as Jody. Jody can hardly wait to meet Lauren and her parents - their dolphin centre has been helping autistic children to learn and develop, simply by letting them play with dolphins! But Jody didn't count on Britanny tagging along. Britanny seems determined to come between Jody and Lauren - and it's spoiling Jody's fun. But then the dolphin centre has a special case to handle, and Jody, Lauren and Britanny are needed to help. Will this bring Britanny and Jody closer together? Or will it drive them farther apart?
Lucy Daniels was born and brought up in the Yorkshire countryside, where she still lives. She has always loved animals. She is a full time writer who gained experience of writing working on Sweet Valley High, Little Sister, and Mystery Club.
