Making Space by Jayne Hardy

Let healthy boundaries define the space where you can truly thrive.

Jayne Hardy is the founder and CEO of The Blurt Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to assisting people who are depressed. Jayne, her husband, their daughter, and their dog reside in Cornwall. She's talked and written about her own depression and self-care experiences on BBC Radio 2, at TEDxBrum, and in magazines like Huffington Post, Grazia, and Virgin.com, to name a few. Her unique use of the internet to effect positive social change was immediately recognized. In 2011, she received the TalkTalk Digital Hero Award, and in 2014, she was named one of Marketing Magazine's Top Ten Digital Mavericks.

As part of Rethink's International Women's Day celebration, Jayne was named one of 19 outstanding women paving the way in mental health. Jayne was the driving force behind the #whatyoudontsee social media campaign that went viral in 2016.
