Answer: Ralph was born in England about 50 metres from where Julius Caesar landed in 55 BC (Note: to dispel any ambiguity here – 55 BC was the date Julius landed; Ralph was born slightly later). He has walked and climbed extensively in the UK and around the world, and now lives in Scotland within reach of the Highlands.
